- Spot a lot. Look for vacant or underused industrial land, an empty yard, or a closed business with extra ground.
- Send us the details. Fill out the form below with the owner and the lot's location. A name and phone number or email is enough to start.
- We reach out. We contact the owner and talk through leasing the lot or sharing its revenue.
- You earn the reward. When the owner signs an agreement with us and the lot opens, you get one free year of parking.
The fine print, in plain words: one free year per person. The reward is earned when the owner signs an agreement with RigSpace and the lot opens for parking, not when a referral is submitted. The free year applies at a RigSpace lot, as lots become available. We may update or end this offer at any time, and referrals already submitted before that will still be honored.
